Mission Statement
The Maine Equestrian Trails Alliance encompasses the State of Maine and promotes the establishment and management of equestrian trail opportunities on lands, public and private and those held in trust; assists with the formation and management of Maine equestrian trail riding clubs; educates the public, state and local governments about equestrian trail use needs; provides representation within State and local government; promotes communication and cooperation between equestrians and multi trail users; promotes responsible and safe equestrian land use.
